Well, frankly both Ed and I were very flattered when Martin approached us about doing the translation, and, of course, pleased to have him do so. In fact, Martin did more than simply translate the series of articles. He formed them into a single document. This was done at our request in order to make it more cohesive than it would be otherwise. So he does deserve recognition for his efforts.
