Using TaskScheduler.dll won't work cause I don't have MS SiteServer. I can't use the 'AT' command because its not available with Windows 98 (plus it doesn't provide me with all the functionality I need). Does anyone have an idea about what I could use to manipulate the Task Scheduler?

There's free activex control that allows great control over Windows task scheduling at http://mysite.verizon.net/res1ur2j/tasksch.htm. Some people repoorted good results with it in VFP.
