I have a "Form_Unload". It is whats called by the close button which works every time. I can't pin down what is causing the X to not respond. Like I was saying, If you run the code and dont click on anything on the form, the X button works. But if you click any text field or change any data on the form, or use any of the command buttons, the X acts like it hasnt been clicked.
