I have a question about your INTL toolkit:

Will this toolkit support Russian on non-Russian code page?
Because vfp will not allow to select scripts in fonts,
this implementation must use custom fonts and change all fonts
to others?

Also, can I use your public msgsvc.prg in my program? I like it
tooltip window, but haven't studied the messaging principes of it.
