The way you get to a subfolder is to start with the original folder itself, and then drill down through the Folders collection:

oInbox = oNameSpace.GetDefaultFolder(olInbox)
FOR EACH oFolder IN oInbox.Folders
* Do something with oFolder
ENDFOR
