Hi all,
i have had this problem before but never received a real answer to it that solved it. i thought it was a one-off, but it has happened at another client site.
when i go to 'use' the table in question (comppay.dbf) it issues a:
table is not open
error. when i validate the database it says:
'Object #7 (Table 'comppay'): Cannot open table 'c:\ainsley\wims\data2\comppay.dbf'.
is there anything i can do as it seems to be happening at a few sites now. restoring from backup is not an answer i like to give out to often if i can help it.
