Just to confuse you even more <g>, I would suggest the following two books:
1. ASP.NET Unleashed by Stephen Walther. I think he explains concepts the best of anybody I have read on .net. Two things to keep in mind about this book though: it is a VB.NET (nothing on C#). And all examples are shown without Code Behind, that is, no mention of VS.NET. But otherwise, I think it is a great book.
2. ASP.NET by Jesse Liberty and Dan Hurwitz. All examples are in both VB.NET and C#. It is a very good book too.
HTH.

>I'm trying to decide between .Net books with VB samples besides Kevin's excellent .Net for VFP Developers. I'm looking for books that focus on Web development. I heard the Wrox books were good, but they aren't available any more. There's a guy selling "ASP.NET Website Programming: Problem - Design - Solution, VB.NET Edition" on Amazon for $173.97 saying it's a collectors item.

>Moving to ASP.NET by Steve Harris, Rob MacDonald

>Essential ASP.NET with Examples in Visual Basic .NET by Fritz Onion
