Hi Einar,

We have a few users out there with Lexmarks and I now use one myself to test ALL of my reports on before they are deployed. A few other printer models out there (in addition to Lexmark) have smaller printable areas than most and if the report is designed on an HP4000 for instance and it fills up the page entirely it will not fit on a Lexmark. If in designmode you change it to use the whole page instead of the printable area the report still will not fit on the page if it exceeds the printable area of the Lexmark. I've seen it return the "Detail Band too large" error as well as print a report with the edges missing because they don't fit on the page. I've increased the page footer to an inch on all reports so the length will never get too long as well as made sure that I start alittle lower at the top edge also, but it can also still happen with the width. If my detail band fits on the Lexmark then I know it will print on almost any laser printer without errors. I picked up a cheap Z23 Lexmark for this purpose.
