The install file for Orca is orca.msi. If you can't locate it in your MSDN Universal, go to http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/sdkupdate/, click the "Windows Installer SDK" link on the left, and follow the instructions to install the SDK. After installing the SDK, look for orca.msi in Program Files\Microsoft SDK\Bin and use it to install Orca. Additional information about the Windows Installer SDK is available at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/msi/setup/windows_installer_development_tools.asp.
