Well, I can assure you it is not normal. I've been using vfp3-8 for what? 8 years now? and never lost any code where it wasn't either my own fault, or maybe from a crash. Nor has anyone else I've worked with, except that one VSS incident. Methods are just some code in memo fields, after all, though they carry an additional compiled memo version, so a little more complex than a regualr table memo. But maybe one or more of your memo files are corrupted, there's another thought. Any pattern to which forms or methods?

However, and this may be the best answer: I do recall some thread about someone losing some code a while back, but can't locate it in some UT searches. Anyone recall that, maybe locate the thread?
