My only guess is that you may have the syntax incorrect.
I'm thinking here of something like a Treeview node, that can be accessed with syntax like
ThisForm.Tree1.Nodes(23).Key = "anything"
Do you maybe need something like:
.TableID(x).TableRow(y).TableCol(z).txAttribute =
