Hi Jordan

I don't know where you get your figures from but I must disagree. Pay rates are always a good indicator of demand and they are low. If there was a genuine demand for developers then rates would rise as employers tried to fill positions.

For instance (this is exceptional) I was recently contacted by and agency looking for a foxpro person and offering £9.00 per hour.
