Dear Sir/Madam

In word there is a fax template with our company name etc. When my boss gives me a letter to Fax its in a ordinary formarmat or in a different template.

At present I use cut and paste method to put the letter in respective template.
Is there any utility or method from which the I can change the style of the document by just change the template and all contents remains un effected.
