Folowing that link I found EIO USB2.0 (Pen Driver):

EIO USB1.1 Pen Driver (LEXAR) Windows 98SE 76KB - new - 11-07-2003 lexar_w9x.exe
and
EIO USB2.0 Pen Driver Windows 98SE 540KB 11-04-2003 dm8005.exe

May I suppose it will work fine with Windows 98 (it refers to Windows 98SE)?

I downloaded file lexar_w9x.exe (EIO USB1.1) just to check (I'm at work now). Unziping it there was 4 files (LEXARPD.PDR, LEXARUSB.INF, LEXARUSB.SYS and UNLEXAR.INF). The steps I must follow is to copy these 4 files to my c:\windows\system directory and to "install the new hardware", after inserting the Pen Drive device in the USB port?
