I reproduced the behavior in both VFP7 and VFP8 running under WinXP Pro SP1. After starting the form, the Show Desktop icon (or right-click taskbar, Show the Desktop) must be selected FIRST, before clicking the form's Minimize button, in order to reproduce the problem. If the form's Minimize button is clicked FIRST, then the problem will not exhibit itself, even when using the Show Desktop icon from that point on.
