Hummmmm
One of the main reasons I like VMP is that it is quite useful in "sliding in under" an existing application. I have used it in converting a 2.6 app that was "converted" to VFP 6 using READ COMPATIBLE mode.
I was able to do much of the work so new screens and etc could be pure VMP while "converted" screens worked by pointing all of the objects in a form to classes that "sat on top of" VMP.
One of the most powerful tools to do this comes with VMP. It is the XXDTHACK tool which supports redirecting the classes for all objects in a form.
