bug is more complex.

Zero point of trasformation is relative to the TOP form,
then:
- if form is top then zero poit is relative to the form
- if form is child then zero poit is relative to the form top.

I can't lost time for test any combination.

The problem is simple for VFPT:
use trasformation of FROM in DEFINE POPUP for other POPUP command

ACTIVATE,MOVE,...
