thanks for all replies!

At this moment we found some problems.
They all had to do with a piece of JAVA software
not running well on Windows XP machines.

We still haven't found any solution to solve this.
There is an upgrade to JAVA 1.4.2, however, third party software
does not function well on this JAVA version.

Currently we are using JAVA 1.2.2.
Network is not the problem!
