Yes, I was in the same directory. I am used with this kind of things, and I can tell you the info in BOL about this is simply not true. Not to mention in BOL they say to register SQLDMO.RLL! that isn't a registerable dll! is a resource file, for God's sake! :((
I am sorry, but I had enough of this dll. I am very sorry I took this approach - only headaches.
