Hello, Sergey
Thank you for interfering :). However, I get the same error message: "LoadLibrary("sqldmo.dll") failed - The specified module could not be found".
I don't even understand what "specifed module" refeers to. SQLDMO? is in that directory. Maybe something else? I have no idea. The error message is helpless and pointless.
I am trying to register it on a Windows2003 Server OS.

>>Yes, I was in the same directory. I am used with this kind of things, and I can tell you the info in BOL about this is simply not true. Not to mention in BOL they say to register SQLDMO.RLL! that isn't a registerable dll! is a resource file, for God's sake! :((
>>I am sorry, but I had enough of this dll. I am very sorry I took this approach - only headaches.
