Yes he did. Some spiders allow to set the User-Agent string pretending to be regular browsers. So he's happened to be that kind of smart guy.

This is normal to see a few visitors per week crawling my site with TelePort, WebZip etc. But so many hits in a short time -- that's a completely wrong way. I wonder if he is a FoxPro developer at all :)
