Is your form using "Default Data Session"? If so, if you USE a table in the load method, you must close the table in the unload method if you want it to be closed.

You can also consider changing to "Private Datasession".

Also, if you are using dataenvironment to open tables, look at AUTOCLOSETABLES property of dataenvironment.
