That code doesn't appear to demonstrate anything more than the short repro does: I get the same behavior with the SET CLASS commands commented out.

Update: Oh, I see -- sorry about that. I got over-agressive with the commenting, and didn't clear the classlibs on the second run. Interesting indeed.
