Garret, I respectfully disagree. I have a VFP v6 app running at 10 hospitals and over 80 clinics that has worked fairly flawlessly (expect for our screw ups) over the past 10 years. When we ported to v8, all of the sudden we get calls that records are not coming up or that our app message says the record is unavailable. Even if we test for < 1, what gives? How could VFP6 consistently return the REQUERY(lcAlias) results and VFP8 cannot. What can I possibly do more than I have done to prove that there is a problem with VFP8?

Please understand I appreciate your feedback, but I am respectfully taking a stand here because I don't want Microsoft to just blow this off! This is a SERIOUS problem.
