I've only used MSGraph once, but it's still a good idea to use Setup. It saves a lot of trouble looking for the correct directory if your user's computer isn't set up according to the defaults. Mine, for example, is double-boot. My Win3.11 is in E:\Windows, my Win95 in C:\Win95. Setup puts stuff in C:\Win95 without a bobble, but if you're doing it by hand it might go wrong.
