Hi everybody,

Here is the situation I'd like to ask your opinion:

On Thursday I had an important interview at 2pm. So, at 10am I went to a Beauty Salon, which is located near my home. Since I am new to Columbus, I don't know much about such things and therefore just choose this one by its location. I asked to make a coloring in my natural color and a nice hairstyle.

Well, here is what she had done. She colored my hear in the color much darker than my natural color, she cut them extensively, though I asked don't cut and she put a lot of laquer on my hair, which I dislike (in another Beauty Salon in Boston the hairdresser (very professional) used foam and I thought, that's the usual american practice). So, essentially she did everything not as I asked. Finally she told me to pay $45. I did and for a moment forgot about tips, which she reminded me... So, I gave $5 as a tip.

Now, I don't like, what I currently have. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. What should I do? Should I let it go or can I do anything about it?

Thanks a lot in advance for your advices.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
