>>I am not sure, how can I get to the owner (manager). I thought yesterday of going, but nobody was at the desk and three hairstylists were working with the clients, so I even didn't come in. Today is the second day after the "incident". I think, if they return my $50, I would think it's over. I do not want any other upcoming services from them... Essentially, I paid $50 for "ruining" my hair. Though, it's my personal opinion. I am a little bit conservative when it comes to appearance. May be they would tell, that in their opinions the hair look much better than before. When she finished, two other clients came and told, how pretty the hair looked...

Ok, I called. The owner of the place is in another state, but I'm going to meet with the manager (Sue) at 2:30. Not exactly sure, what should I ask from her after stating my case... I would like the full refund, of course...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
