hello everybody.

i have forms with quite a few grid all of them in 1 to many relations. when i select or set the focus to the grid, the row in the grid is highlighted according to where the record pointer in the table is located.

however, when a new record in the parent dbf is selected and the grid has to rebuild because of the relation, the grid does not highlight the row it is on.

I somehow need to always have the current row highlighted in the grid no matter if it has the focus or not.

I have tried to programaticly set the focus, but i can not do that because i sometime have the current focus in a textbox where then a valid() would be triggert, and then the setfocus() can not be executed.

any help is greatly appreaciated!
