Hi Mr. Levy:
This message is so that some fixes, I hope, be made to VFP8 SP1:
First: The autoincrement version in the Build project dialog doesn't work, I created a new project with just one .PRG and built an .EXE, it didn't change the version number, however, when I built the same project in VFP6 it worked as expected.
Second: In the same project I attached an Icon. When I built the .EXE in VFP8, the icon I attached to the .EXE wasn't shown in Windows Explorer, instead, the fox icon was shown, however when I press ALT+TAB to change the current application, the icon I attached to it was correctly shown. Why? Again, I built the .EXE in VFP6 and it showed the correct icon in Windows Explorer as well when I use ALT+TAB to change the current application.
I hope these two issues will be taken into account when making SP1 for VFP8.
Thanks for your attention.

>You do not remember correctly. :) Nobody from Microsoft ever said there would not be an SP1. That was rumor in the community by people who did not read my message very well. What I posted (which is still here on the UT) is below:

>Microsoft currently has no plans to create a service pack (SP) for Visual FoxPro 8.0, and we will evaluate the need for one to be created in the future if required.
