Does demo version really increase sales ?

Maybe turn that around and look at any third party prouducts you have bought in support of VFP (or a framework). Did you get demos before you purchased? Did demos help you decide which one to buy?

I like to be able to demo a product before I purchase it. My latest example is xfrx (fox report to word/pdf/html). Having a demo available made me confident that is would meet my needs.
