i use only SPT, but on strong mode
( complex script, mix Sync and Async no Batch mode with FetchAsNeed enabled)
and this error occurs 1-2 times on day.
But it is an error, and i can intercept, retry , bla bla
if it fails and don't report a error ( like REQUERY()),
application go out of control.

I am calm, for now, why I do not have installations near customers.
But from October/November this will change; I was sure of the release of a SP1, and hope that these better things.

For information, on VFP7 i implement a test with 800 simultaneous connection
on SQL, all active (mix sync and asyn); this fill a Treeview on Async mode with a request ( nodes ) queue; a slaughter house of operations that were overlapped; well, it fill my treewiew with ( 270000 nodes ) without a error.

This stability is need to me also in VFP8.
