I've NSDN Univrersal CD subscription and VFP7 is on it. Search for 'FoxPro' in MSDN Index Online at http://msdn.microsoft.com/Subscriptions/index/ shows:

Color   Disc 
Yellow  1728  Visual FoxPro 7.0  
Red     1780  Visual FoxPro 7.0 Service Pack 1  

You can find it also in Subscriber Downloads at https://msdn.one.microsoft.com/Subscriber/1033/Default.asp under Developer Tools -> Visual Foxpro.
