When designing your reports, go into the setup information and set it "Whole Page" instead of "Printable Area". As you design your reports, make sure you allow enough margin area to deal with ALL printers you plan to use.

Next, you have to be sure to get rid of the printer-specific information in the report definition. If you are using VFP 8, it's as easy as unchecking the Printer Environment option for that report. If you are using a prior version, you have to hack the FRX to get rid of the TAG and TAG2 fields for the first record, as well as some information from the EXPR field.
