I noticed something like that. Even if the imagelist matches or exceeds the icon size, the rendering never matches the way it looks in the explorer thumbnails. If you learn of a fix - please let us know/

It seem that it does resize the icons by one pixel and as a result of that does not display all pixels of the icon correctly. Of many icons the dithering seems to be vanished.
