One easy way: You can use the Windows Explorer and just drag the COM DLL from G:\somedirectory and drop on to c:\winnt\system32\regsvr32.exe on the client machine. It will store the location in the registry, same as if it was local to the machine. It will of course load slower since it has to load over the network.
