I just read on CNN that his attorneys are suing so that if he does get recalled, he can place his name on the ballot of those seeking to replace him:

Take about wanting to stay in power! If I were ever elected to office, and more than half the people went out of their way to see that I wasn't in office anymore, I think I would ge the hint!
