if the table is as large as this,
indexes will read only once (since this a static table)
and eliminate the need to read every record,
but only the records which fulfil the searchcriteria.

Since this is a static table, consecutive locates
should be even faster than consecutive seek()'s,
since the .cdx wil be cached on the workstation.

Fist step: create inidices, secondly get the best way to handle
deleted items (delete them in the static table and search with
set deleted off.
