Are you concerned about any specific problems? There are documented behaviour changes but you'd be the best judge of whether these would impinge on your existing code.

I'd say get 8 anyway - even if only for the improvements in the IDE. We've been using VFP8 for development since it's release but initially not using any VFP8 specific code and switching back to v6 or v7 to compile the EXEs.

We finally switched one major app to a v8 compilation a couple of months ago and are now starting to introduce VFP8 specific code into this where appropriate. Apart from rooting out a few invalid GROUP BY clauses we've had no real problems...
