I arrived at the 'conclusion' based on your I too have responded with "no formal testing" which equates in many business minds to "no testing" which I'm sure you would all agree is simply not wise in this day and age., the tone of which I found objectionable. No doubt my tone betrayed this, which I consider to be "mission accomplished".
The balance of your post here (snipped) was a much stronger/balanced argument in favour of automated test tool(s) for VFP. Again I encourage you to add this to the UT Wish List if it is not already there or to lend your support by comment/rating if one that fits is there.
