This is a delayed reply for sure -- vacation. Ultimately I replaced the excel procedure with a relatively simnple web site using Westwind WebConnect (www.purchasingpc.info - run off my cable modem and a used Dell Poweredge that cost $400 from eBay). Customer support has never been happier and life is a lot easier for me.
