It is hard to tell really what's wrong without seeing this effect. Does it happen everytime you invoke this second form or sporadically? If the former, what Data Session this form uses - private or public? Have you tried this project on another computer to exclude bad video driver possibility? Could be some code, which causes this problem? Do you invoke report form? If so, make sure to add NOCONSOLE clause.
