Yes, I see what you mean, if you use the mouse to do the highlight the problem can occur...I guess no user has ever tried that (I never have either :)), they usually just use mouse to click, or possibly arrows, which all work fine. I don't see an easy fix for the mouse highlight problem, have you found one?
