Yes is the answer:

Assuming your report is an FRX, then you can do something like this:

report form foo.frx range 1,1

then manipulate the FRX definition to alter the ORIENTATION= value in the EXPR field...

then do:

report form foo.frx range 2

I bet this isn't what you meant?
