We have had good success sending faxes from VFP using RightFax. RightFax can natively understand PCL5 files and so its a simple matter of printing a VFP report to a print file using a HPLaserJet III or IV print driver and then creating a simple text file which is sent to the fax printer port to specify the fax number and the location of the PCL print file. It was very easy to implement but I think that RightFax is not a cheap solution.
