Hello Jordan,

I believe you will find that the computers that give you trouble are using a different scheme, which can be adjusted on the display properties/appearance tab. Schemes that use large fonts effect things like the minimum Grid Header height. You can also just increase the header height so it works with all Schemes and font sizes.
