UFDA! You have to set permissions on the CORRECT ASPNET user. Not the Domains ASPNET, but the actual box's ASPNET.

>Thanks for the reply Mike. I am confused with Scripts & EXE's. That sounds like a WEB Share setting and this is just a RT Click on the folder for my COM off of ROOT c:\ParkerExport. In this dir I have the EXE, 7 dbf's a cdx and fpt file.
