Pat,
for the first 2 errors just make the dlls 'Self-Register' instead of 'Extract COM'. The 3rd one looks like you may have chosen the wrong option for building it or something - it looks like it's trying to find the Setup.exe that was produced to build a a self-extracting executable but can't find that setup.exe file for some reason. Check your paths or try another build option.
