Reports are driven by a table or cursor. Therefore, you'll have to create a cursor with one record to do what you want.

>I have a bunch of reports which I create using global variables, instead of a table. They usually include lots of narrative, and just a few figures. (which are the variables) When I preview these, they show a single page (as I expect), but when printing, they print multiple times, (as many records as there are in whatever the current open table has).

>How to surpress this? I thought of creating a single record table, that I could make sure is the current table before running the report, but it seems like a kludge. The reports don't normally have any tables shown in the data environment.
