Build an exe with a single WAIT WINDOW command, and see if that works when run from the directory with the exe that doesn't run. If the simple exe works, then it is something with your exe. If the simple exe fails, try it from a different directory. That may help determine if there is something in the environment causing the problem, like a bad config or foxuser file, or something else is going on.

>I have 2 small VFP7 applications that run perfectly well from a desktop icon for 99% of our clients. For one client, the apps run from within VFP but nothing happens when run from the icon. It seems to be skipping over the call to run the form and nothing shows up. I tried running the systems from the server which is running WIndows 2000 Terminal. Any ideas?
