Yes, those are the right files. I don't use the merge module since it's bloated and has too many dependencies that can cause problems. It's especially bloated for web apps with a lot of libraries you'll never need. You may need the msvc7 runtime as well, .btw.
I think installing the vfp runtime to either directory would work fine.
